Hi,

I am Himanshu Goel working with an PCS Technologies which is an agency to supply Manpower.

I was appointed by PCS Technologies to work for L&T Infotech Mumbai.

I joined the Organization on Dec 2nd 2010 & the contract was purely of 6 months as mentioned in the Offer Letter. On Jan 4th 2011 I was stopped by security persons of L&T Infotech at the security gate stating that I was appointed for 1 month only. On speaking with my Project Manager they permitted me to go inside the campus. After 1 day my contract was extended for 3 more months. Keeping in view my career, I resigned from my services on 5th Jan 2011 which was accepted by my project manager & he agreed to relieve me on 13 th Jan 2011.

Now even after serving the said notice period, the agency (PCS Technology) is not issuing me my relieving letter & they also denied to pay me the salary for 13 days that I have worked for.

I even agreed to pay in lieu of 30 days notice though in my Offer Letter nothing is mentioned regarding notice period but still they are behaving rudely & are narrating new stories everyday.

I am badly stuck as I have to join new company & for that I need a clear Relieving from my current employer.
