1. Further to my last night e-mail as under I received a phone call from phone number 911143798300 at 10:12 which remained continue for 04 minute and 54 seconds. On inquiry it was told to me Ms Rupali speaking from other side. She started telling me some other scheme where I have to deposit nearly 30,000/- odd rupees, in return I will get some benefit for 2,00,000/- odd rupees( once bitten twice shy) I was not having patience to hear the complete offer also; I requested the lady to first complete the requirement as per my last night e-mail then only I will be able to respond to this present offer. Suddenly I felt perceptible difference in the tone of the caller now she started to telling me about the consequences by not accepting present offer with a tone of threatening. She told me " Your file is in front of me, I am trying to help you, you accept present offer then your file will be sent to Bombay HQ which is a rare things to happen, people keep on trying and after every thing received they get refunds after 01 year, you have to pay only 15,000/- more and your case will be sorted out.", after given patience hearing for about 01 minutes and judging the threatening tone suggesting financial loss in case of refusal I told her " please donot threaten me I am an Army officer and paying my hard earned money, till the time my old case is not sorted out I am not going to pay a penny more and any damages because of delay in processing my request has to be paid by you, I donot want to have any further discussion on it", it closed down my conversation with me.
2. It is my humble request to settle down my dispute at the earliest. Don't try to intimidate me with threatening calls, because I know I am not at fault I have tried my level best to prevent damages and misunderstandings from the time of inception of this conversation, but some how; may be because to target oriented sales or commission based sales; wrong turn has been given to this deal which is required to be rectified at this level only. India today is a big and reputed name and nobody should be allowed to tarnish its image at any cost. It does not mean business is not to be done only my request will fair means to be utilize to complete any deal. Tell about every thing in clear terms to customer so that he can decide how well he/she want to place himself and finalise the deal. Because what ever is happening now is embarrassment to all in the chain with image of reputed house is getting the beatings.

2. Six days back I recieved call from your delhi office informing me that their is a plan in which if I purchase Samsung Mobile they will give 20 free coupon worth Rs. 5000/- each which I can redeemed on line at surat jewellery's site in purchasing diamond jwellery. Even on repeated asking it was told to me these vouchers could be clubbed in proportion I want i.e. even on purchasing one or more I can utilize these vouchers as per my wish. On hearing this I told the caller to confirm the order and she put me through the secure line of credit card payment site of ICICI and as she guided me I payed online Rs.14,998/- through my ICICI credit card number xxxxx9004 on 25th Aug 2010. She also told me to pay the handling chrges Rs 598/- through credit card as before on 25th Aug 2010 from the same card I payed this amount also. She also informed me that I will recieve confirmation call from their office and I am suppose to confirm it. As she told next day I received the confirmation call from your office and I put across the same question of clubbing the vouchers, now I was told that vouchers could not be clubbed. On hearing this I lost my cool and told him that y'day I was told about clubbing of vouchers. He asked about my detailed discussion with service girl. I narrated things in details and ask him to cancel my order and refund my money immediately. He told me he will inquire the incidence and let me know. Same type calls I received again twice but every time I refused to continue with the order and refund of my money. Once I received call on 27th Aug 2010 telling "verification deptt doesn't know about this clubbing only sale persons, persons whom we are speaking and company knows about the details " I can club these vouchers . Person speaking gave his mobile number also and told me " If I am having any problem in clubbing I can ring him up at any time", I am having detailes of these available to prove the correctness of my claim. For every call till then and after I refuse to accept the offer and asked for refund my money at the earliest.
3. To my surprise rather then receiving refund I received a package on my residential address on 02 Sep 2010 when I was in my office and busy in some conference. I donot opened it till now because keeping in mind past discussions I can vouch for the contents of package.
4. I am an Army Officer and Have only hard earned money. We are also not use to this type of cheating. Once I am not confirming how the order has processed and why my money has not refunded. I have not paid the money in my credit card account for this transaction and if any interest accrued for this non payment required to be paid by you. If I did not received my money back in time option available with me also is not much ? You have to make arrangements to collect this sealed package from me.
Waiting to hear fruitful reply from your office which is required or expected from a organisation of your stature and fame.
