Hi,

I am Lingaraju here, I had purchased godrej washing machine in 2009 October. The complaint regards to that, the machine being not working from last 6 months. I have complaint to the godrej company several times. the company authorized service centre people sent technicians 4 times but they were not able to rectify the actual problem in the machine. I am unhappy with the service given by the company and I would like to get it solved through the consumer court.
