    Default Pathetic servic of Reliance Postpaid

    Dear Sir,
    I have taken reliance postpaid connection with number 9304755777 with very happily in Sep'09. Since that day i was very happ & satisfied with your service and my average use was Rs.2000/-.
    Regeret to say that after getting last 2 months response of your outlets and customer care i have to rethink for your Brand Image. All your outlet persons are very irrogant and giving pathetic services.
    I had to surrender my number as i had to move to abroad, so reached your oulet(Hariom Tower, Ranchi) on 4th Nov'10. They replied me that my account belongs to Gopal Complex, Near Sahid Chowk, Ranchi so same will be surrended at that outlet. I reached to Gopal complex on 4th Nov'10, they replied surrender process is closed for next 10 days please come after that. Secondaly i approached them on 16th Nov'10 they told me their staff who looks after this job is absent so please come after 4 days. Again on 23rd Nov'10 they replied as now we are in month closing so came in Dec'10(very errogantly with threat). Three times i logged complaint on your customer care and they replied nothing can be done and i have to reach to Gopal complex only.
    Finally i had given fine for sattlement(rental charge for month of Nov'10, even number was not in use) on 4th Dec'10 with recipt number S181439002, Serviced By WBEN906518002450449035(Daya Shankar Chaoudhary, Fraud Person). They told me number has been converted in prepaid and i will get my security money through cheque. Regret to say that i have received bill for Dec'10 also and no information received for security money.
    Lastly i want to say that please provide me higher escalation before i reach to consumer court to show Brand image and Mental Harassment given to me by having Reliance Postpaid connection.

    Unhappy selling RIM post paid connection but not giving them....

    There are some guys who are selling RIM post paid connection, sending the members to collect money. After that they are not sending the sim. These guys are doing fraud. Before getting money they are calling you several time but after that they r even not piking the phone. Sometime they just say we will look on this.

    So pls don't buy any post paid connection or upgarde. If you want this pls go to authorised dealer shop.
