Dear Sir,

I have Airtel Postpaid Connection.The mobile number is 9998141114. My payment is unpaid because i was demanded more than the bill at Airtel Outlet in Godhra.Though request I am not getting the original Amount to be paid. BHARTI AIRTEL company has started to call for due payment.

In further, I would like to inform that the AIRTEL company representatives search contacts numbers from my postpaid bills and dials them to remind me for payment.At the time of taking Airtel Postpaid connection I was made aware that your call details will be private and will be known to you only.Though any Airtel representative had leaked my contact details and started to contact them and orders them to remind me for my mobile numbers payment.Airtel representatives harrases third party for my payment and calls many times on them.

I am continously getting calls from third parties that a Airtel Representative named NEHA BHATIYA from +91 9717455647 called them and remind them for our payment which is not fair practice. Airtel is spoilling my reputation.She talks in very improper way and mentions to still call everyone and everwhere regarding my payment.She also called on my wifes Relaince number and said that she will continue calling everywhere regarding the payment.My wife asked that " Is this a rule of Airtel to call any third person for my husbands payment,then she replied YES its a rule of Airtel Company.She was further asked for verification as a Genuine Airtel representative about "what post she holds in Airtel company ?", but again her reply was "its not your concern.why you want to know that".

I have searched on internet and found that many peoples are harresed by same way regarding the payment.
Please let me inform what should I do to make Airtel stop such activites.I am sure that I will get a guidance from TRAI regarding such harresments from Airtel company.And if these calls are not stopped them where should I launch the complaint.
