i took the micoromax mobile(model no-q5,imei,1-910040053773532 and imei2-910040054278531 )my mobile is not working some sim issues. then i gave the mobile micromax service center(mobile care ,D -61,street no-3,ground floor,near shiv mandir,laxmi nagar, new delhi.customer job card no-1180367.
sir i am facing this problem from micromax mobile service center(from 12.01.11) still i matter was not solved .he is using bad word.
this is second time apply for this problem. facing the problem from 07.12.10.
kindly help me.watiting for best action & reply.
