    Default manufacturing /serveceing defect

    sir,
    i am upload files and send request to tata motors head office for inconveynience but company and company employee not gave any response such type of serviceing problem also faced by company serveice centre in past but they resolve at that time but this time they not gave any response of my e mails and telephones(old mail attached)so place my complain to proper department those help me to return my payment.

    I am very appreciate you solved my problem when I approach to you and your company
    but sir when I face such type of problem in neemuch I went your highest service centre of Jabalpur
    motors,indore(in 2 and 3 servecing) for good and proper serveice satisfaction but sir after third
    seveceing at indore on 18/11/2010 but sir when I came to neemuch and went to Udaipur for my
    personal work my left back side wheel completely blocked in running vehicle when I contact with
    u.v.automobiles your authorised serveice centre in Udaipur person in charge told me free your one
    wheel and came to work shop when I went person said your break drum, bearing, wheel cylinder all
    parts of this wheel related to breaks are damaged due to ignorance in either serveicing or by company
    manufacturing when I said please claim this bill because it is not my fault it is your company authorized
    work shop fault he said your car purchased from Jabalpur motors ,indore so I don’t claim this bill you
    went and contact with Jabalpur motors when I approach jablapur motors serveice centre he given me
    excuses and not taken responsibility and when I telephonically contact with your head office
    receptionist gave me contact no.of serveice related incharge mobile no.his name is saurabh jain and
    mobile no.is 9039015300 when I call him he said me Udaipur is in other region so he wants some to
    resolve problem but sir I have been calling him several times but he is not resolve and taken sereiously
    my matter.
    So sir my question is why your department taken so longer time because I would know
    very well my vehicle is in warranty period and such type of break problems not came in approximate
    10000 k.m.so sir please checked either this mistak has been done by company or Jabalpur motors
    workshop and compensate me to return my payment as early as possible
    I hope you are best company to earn customer satisfaction and taken side of your
    customers to growth your business and maintain your dignity.

    Question Defective in parts

    I have purchased one indigo cs lx chesis no mat607161bpa10544 and engiene no 4751dt14ayyp04038 bearing egd. No or-08-7773 from one of your dealer "wayautomatives (p)limited jeypore odisha on 3.3.11' after five months the right rear power window could not function. On the date of third serviciong on dt 11.8.11 imade written complaint to the dealer. The dealer took photographs of the parts and assured me that it will be replaced soon.since 2and half months have been passed but the same has not been replaced yet.it is too must disgusting. Please direct the dealer to replace the parts immediately otherwise i will take the shelter of the consumer court.
