With reference to the above subject, I would lie to bring to your notice that I have purchased Sony Ericsson Xperia X10i handset on May 2010. After few months it started giving problems (Network issue, hanging, display etc.) I submitted my phone for repair to Sony Ericsson service center i.e. Intarvo -Nehru place vide work order no – SE310INP11589 on 3-December-10. After giving several reminder and visits at your service center (Intarvo) they provided me swap handset on 31-Dec-10. But unfortunately the swap handset which was given to me was also not working so I informed this to Mr. Saurabh, Manager at INTERVO. He said to me to again submit my handset back and assured me that I will get it repaired on the same day. As I guided by Mr Saurabh I again submitted the swap handset back to Intarvo on 3-Jan-11 vide job sheet no – SE311INP10000 I was assured that I will get my phone back on the same day, However I did not get it back till now. Today i.e. 6-Jan-11 during my visit to Intarvo, I was told that spare parts are not available at Sony Ericsson.
I would like to inform you that Sony Ericsson Xperia X10i is a business phone which I use for business purpose however because of Sony Ericsson and Intarvo all my work is getting affected.
I had suffered a lot because of bad service and support form Sony Ericsson.
It is requested to you to replace my phone and provide me a new one as it is under warranty and I have submitted it to you for repair but its issues were not resolved which shows there is major problem in it.
