I was speaking with an advisor named Pramod and Prateek from Loop mobile at 2.16am on the 13th JAN 2010.. with ref to a complaint about no good network coverage in my vicinity namely my college, OFFICE - mind-space MALAD, and my residence.. instead of taking a complaint he tells me that you were speaking with me for more than 10min and i have calls waiting to attend and you need to be quick.. Its so much like letting a person down when m going through serious network problem and there is no one who can really help me sort out my problem but all what LOOP cares for is the time limit on every call ... after which i speak with customer service again this time PRAT-EEK , this gentleman takes the complaint i ask him what is the procedure to close the account, he tells me that he doesn't knows it ... before that i asked him what is the email address to log a complaint with ref to their staff attitude and he said that due to security he cannot give.. i want to ask this question , isn't it our rights to go ahead and ask for at-least an email address wherein we can file our grievances.. he logs a complaint with no explanation given as to why m i facing this network problem. after that for the closure of the account, he promised me to transfer the call to a manager.. instead of a manager he transfers my call to an automated line wherein again i have to go through the procedure to dial numbers to get through a customer service ad-visor and after that my calls are barred for an hour no matter how many times i try i cannot speak with the customer service agent again ... out of anger and frustration i have written a mail to their complaints team after having a hard time searching for their email id .. and now awaiting response.. is there any one who can help me rage a protest against this brutal practice that loopmobile is giving..
