    Default DISH TV -- Gives Wrong Info and then does not give correct package.

    Hi


    Your Transaction Number with dishtv for a payment of 3550/- is RO-11/01/11CR-1098015. (Made on 11th Jan 2011)

    I have been trying to get help from the dish tv team to take the titanium recharge package for the past 1 week. For the past one week when we kept calling the call center they keep saying system is down we will give you call back. They don’t call us back and when we call back they say the same thing.

    My dishtv account was expiring on the 13th of Jan 2011. I was told on the call that if I don’t recharge then I will be charged 20 rupees. I asked them ok then help me recharge it because your login on the website is not accepting my password nor it is allowed me to reset it. I have screenshots of the same.

    They said again.. actually system is down and we will call you in two hours but you can go and make a payment on the website using the instant recharge option and pay 3550/- which is the amount for the titanium package for a year.

    I went and did that and now I am told that you can't get the titanium package. They asked me to send a mail and I did that and then I got a "WRONG" password to login to the account. I sent a mail back and then they give me another password which works.. and basically they are saying you should pay 3550/- again to get titanium package.

    They are not even willing to refund or move my existing payment to the titanium package. Over and above that I was told specifically that I can go and recharge on the website for 3550/- now I don’t even get a full year.. I am getting subscription till 11/11/11

    I request you to help me update my account properly with the titanium package, else refund my amount and allow me to take the package again and if either of these are not allowed or possible then refund my money and close my relationship with dishtv.

    I will give you the email id of Dishtv customer care, Just mail your concern their for quick resolution of your complaint along with your complete details Like VC No, Address and Contact Number with payment details.
