Respected Sir,

I was Purchased Microtek UPS of model is ups 800 Va Mtk(Double Power+) and there serial no is 8KUMNB40091 in 7-Feb-2009, come with 2 year warranty.

I want to do complaint about the bad service of ups by Microtek international (P) LTD. I am complaint so many time in there but there service executive reached to us after 3 or 4 days and as well as he was not able to correct the problem in my ups which is in service period else by there repairement action my speaker adapter was burn. Then i complaint regarding this but they not accept this.
I am very harassment about this response of company, but i am totally upset when there executive come my home for ups repair so many times and they no recognize the problem. And at last time when i complaint there are no any action taken for this matter.

I was also changes the battery of this with amount 1100 Rs in 13-sep, 2010 through the company.
I am waste so much of amount for calling for them and also bearing the burn of adapter of speaker.

so sir i am requested to you please take a early action about this matter.
