i am shashi bala. i have bought IFB washing machine executive plus tw S.NO 146148on 25/06/08. i bought it from Amar Eneterprises vill Braran ,sirhind road, tripuri patiala. the day i puchase it it was giving me problem it.

i was having full faith in IFB coz all my friend were having same machine. my machine start moving when it rotate at 600rpm. it vibrate so much that it moves 4 feet away from its location. i had complaint abt this to service center they came but cudnt fine the exact problem. i have complaint 3months back at that time my machine was under warranty period. they said that ur problem will be solved soon but they never came back .I havnt though that i will be provided such a bad services from IFB. IFB is such a big brand but i am not satisfied with it.

i request you that please pay attention to my letter and take necessary action.
