I need to know that when the SIM is not provided to me then why the bill is generated and how it is possible that someone else is using my no. when all the documents has taken from me and verification has already been done on my address.

Executive, who has taken all the documents, id proofs etc, also demand for Rs 150 with the words that it is the complusory payment which will be adjusted in the first bill, That was my mistake that i gave him the money and in return he has given me the voucher of the same amount. Voucher belongs to B.W. Credits, Panchsheel Park, New Delhi..

Despite of my lot of reminders, i am receiving phones from reliance customer care again and again for the payment of the bill. Today Neha Sharma has called from 011--49280000 for the payment of the bill.

Please assist me to resolve this issue
