Dear Sir,
My Name is Ashish Jain. I went to SBI Bank, Palam Vihar Gurgaon Branch for opening my saving account. I have all the proof required for opening new account. I have my HDFC Bank account statement with me as my correspondence address proof in which my Office address is mentioned. I visited three times to the bank and every time i showed them my correspondence address proof. But on my third visit they rejected my form because i am giving my Office address proof as my correspondence address.
Now my complain is that in account opening form it is clearly mentioned that we can give any address(residential or office) as correspondence address then why they rejected my form. They wasted my time because they can tell me the same reason on my first visit to the branch. It is really frustrating.
Now i want a letter from SBI bank that there is not any rule that one can give only residential address as correspondence address (because it is mentioned in account opening form). So that i can go to the branch and show that letter to them to open my account.
Now please help me by giving me the solution.
