my laptop was breakdown after the visit of engineer send by "Dell" .
on 7th October 2010 some associate of "DELL" commited me that they will replace my whole system as it was under accidental warrenty,which i paid for.
They told me to send some documents regarding the pick up and delievery address for the laptop,so i send those documents through mail on 27th October2010
after that till today i have send those documents through mail more than 10times .
I call regularly to customer care department of "DEll"continously, they are misguiding me and i think dont making a serious note on my problem,..........till today my old system have not picked yet and new system is not delievered
i am very frustrated and totaly ready to tackle the issue through legal judgement.
