makemy trip is not refunding the due amount, its already one month over, the issue is that i requested for cancellation of ticket through email at 08:12pm on 7th Dec 2010.ing dont cancl the ticket

around 09:15 pm i sent one mail stating dont cancel the ticket.

at 09:35 Pm i called to your helpline & spoken to one executive & told him the mail reference id :101207-043428 & requested for the status, he told me that the mail was not assigned to any body still & ticket was not cancelled & he hold me that whoever will check this mail, first he will see the second mail which i sent saying don't cancel the ticket, he assured me that form his side he will make remark that dont cancel any ticket.

5) at 10 pm i called Go air help line & requested for cancellation of Mr ANAND RAO for Bangalore to Ahmedabad, they cancelled the ticket, after this at 10:20 pm i sent one mail to help desk for processing refund of MR Anand Rao, the mail is as below,

In the morning around 4:30 pm i got a call from the customer saying the tickets were already cancelled, then i checked in my portal where i find the tickets were alreaduy cancelled, then customer had bought the tickets at the airport for RS 25768 for MR Gopal krishna Rao & Mr Amarnath Kirti. according to Go Air the tickets were cancelled at 01:30 am.

7) the mistake is from your side only so you need to make good the losses, so the diffrence amount is as below & the ticket is attached with this mail.

total diffrence amount due RS 13472 for Bangalore to Ahmedabad

For return tickets:

Ahmedabad to Bangalore 2 tickets 761 *2 = RS 1522

overall outstanding difference amount is 13472+1522= 14994

Please credit immediately, the passengers are frquent travelers, iam losing my business from this issue, the both passenger are Mines owner & High Networth Individual. i don't wanna loose such clients.
I Want you to solve this issue today it self, i can't wait more, its already more than one week, i want the full differnce amount.


the above details i forwarded to Mr Sidarth & sudindra rao, he assured me that within 2 weeks they will refund the amount.now today they are denying.
