Same thing happened to me. I sent my households and New purchased bike (I bought a new hero honda bike in full cash from my saving of 4 years) from Noida to Bangalore on 04-Aug-2010 from "JAI BALAJI PACKERS & MOVERS". They told me that i will get my things within a week. When i called them after 7 days they told me that my things are on the day and will get in next 2 days. But after 15 days i didn't get them. Every time i called them they told me my things are on the way. On 19-Aug-2010 one person who said himself owner (Sandip Chaudhry) called me and told me that my bike has been stolen from their parking. I was completely shocked. How this can be happened when same guy told me that my things are on the way. It means they didn't load my things in 15 days. Even they registered FIR after 2 days that is on 21-Aug-2010 when i threatened them that i will file a theft case against them. After my so many calls they told me they will talk to insurance company and will get my insurance amount in a week time. They will give me Insurance value of the bike if i am not going to get it insurance amount in a week time. After a week they told me they can't follow up with insurance company, i need to follow up with Insurance Company and get my money. They clearly told me they will not give me a single paisa and whatever i can do against them, can do.
They don't pick up my phone and by luck if they pick up phone they give only excuses & disconnect it.

I got my households after 30 days which was delivered by another Packers & Movers.

Insurance company rejected my claim saying Bike was in Packer & Movers custody, so it's their responsibility to give me the claim money. I have lost my brand new bike. I didn't get any money from packers and movers till date and there is no hope in future.

What surprised me most is that

1) Address of "JAI BALAJI PACKERS & MOVERS" is same as "Premier Cargo Movers & Packers" which is

JAI BALAJI PACKERS & MOVERS, Plot No. 654, MTNL Tower, Near Palam Vihar Road, Bijwasan, New Delhi -15
Ph: 9310825739, 9891825739, 9891917388, 9891916388,

2) Visiting cards of JAI BALAJI PACKERS & MOVERS have same name Rajesh kumar (9310262696).

It shows all Packers and movers in "Bijwasan, New Delhi" are operated by same man and group of thief’s from same address.
All Packers and movers in "Bijwasan, New Delhi" don't have REGISTRATION number. They are operating illegally.


Please don't use service of any Packers & Movers who is from "Bijwasan, New Delhi".
Please use service of very renowned packers & movers which has their offices in different locations where you are sending your things.
Please enquire about Packers and Movers before sending your items.

I am in Bangalore and my bike lost FIR is of Delhi. I want to file a complaint in Consumer court, but don't know how to file complaint in Delhi Consumer court from Bangalore.

Is it possible to file complaint in Bangalore Consumer Court?

I opted premier cargo for my shifting of car(Optra) and households from ghaziabad to chennai on 2 Nov'10. Rajesh kumar (9310262696) is the care taker of the firm and he promised the delivery within 7 days.
I was also thrilled to see that my households reached in time. BUT, with my car it was really painful experience. For the entire month of Nov'10 I kept calling Rajesh enquiring about my car to which he had all possible excuses like bad weather,driver not well,vehicle stuck in nagpur bla bla.Then one day he told me that I have to make the balance payment first then only I will get the delivery. I did that also and again kept striggling to find out the location of my car. One fine day on 04 Dec'10 I received the call that I have to go 45 kms to receive my car. Somehow I managed that also.
Now when I saw my car parked, I was shocked and stunned to see that its tail light is crushed. To my surprise was another thing that my car was driven 400 kms extra then the actuals at the the time of handover to him. Even the suspension of the car got damaged.
Limits crossed when I saw that even the LR which was given to me at the time of Booking was different from the LR I signed for taking delivery.
Post that he is not picking phone of mine. Even now he recognise my voice so much that even if I call from other number he disconnects on hearing me.
So please sombody guide me how to teach him the lesson.
