I got airtel prepaid connection from Mathura(u.p.) about a 45days before and my
no. is 8979483515 in the name of Nirmala Bhatia.
In last 45days it is closed three times from your side eventhough I have
submited the i.d proof twice.
I would like to know what is the problem and why this is not working properly.
Now a days i am in delhi and i have been to airtel relation office but their
reply is not sufficient.
Kindly help me and if you can contact me then please contact me on my local no.

We completely understand your concern and sincerely apologize for any difficulty caused to you.
We regret to inform you that as per our records your airtel mobile number has been permanently deactivated on 30/12/2010 at 10:22:17pm.
Further, after permanently deactivation of any Airtel number we can reissue that same number for new subscriber's.
Hence, we regret to inform you that we are unable to reactivate the same number and balance as per the process. We request you to accept our apologies for the inability to help you at this point of time.
New prepaid connection:
We request you to walk-in to any of the nearest airtel showrooms with the following documents, in order to activate a new connection under airtel Prepaid plan:
¿ APEF (Airtel Prepaid Enrollment Form) to be filled along with form 60/61 at ARC/retailer/ASC
¿ Address proof
¿ ID proof
¿ One Passport size photographs

1.Kindly let me know the criteria of deactivation, when one mobile is working
then how you can permanently deactivate the same no. and reissue the no. to
other person?
2. when all my formalities were completed then how you can deactivate the no.
without any prior notice.
3. At that time my mobile balance was Rs. 800/- then how bharti airtel will
return this amount to me.
4. what is the use of taking airtel connection if we are being cheated like
this.
5. I shall take this matter as a serious and I shall have to take legal action
if my no.does not activate with in 24hrs.
