    ref: complaint no 248631225 & 249218259

    i want to disconnect my tata indicom telephone no. 65294903. i am very upset with your poor service. after my repeated emails to you on the online payment i had made of Rs. 414/- on 23-12-10 you have failed to update your records neither your executives had contacted me and my phone line is disconnected again. i have thrice sent you my account statement in which it clearly reflects that 414/- is debited from my account inspite of that i received current bill where in 414/- is still showing outstanding. i am just sick of following up with you guys nor i have any time to waste on you people. there are lot of other telecom services in the market which would readily provide me better service.

    your helpline is worst of all which is of no use. there are so many options but there is no option to speak to your executives. other landline numbers provided by you is not answered at all. i guess there is lack of manpower in our organization or you are not concerned about your customers. i am really fed up with such bad services. hence i will disconnect my tata indicom no. and please note that i will make the payment of my current outstanding with is 414/- nothing more than that. if in near future i get any reminders of this amount which i had paid i will take the matter to consumer court.

    please disconnect my telecom services immediately
