Pls treat this as a complaint against the Birla sunlife alongwith the below written proof which has been sent to the company i.e Birla sunlife but not received any response from their side, i had charged the rate of intrest as well on my amount @10% per day i request to you pls do the needful and help to improve the smoother in our BULDY COUNTRY SYSTEM

As I had already surrendered this policy on 10th Dec 2010 at your Dwarka Branch as per your executive said it will be transferred in my account within 14 days

As I am very needy have to give this amount to someone else for which he is charging the interest as well

I had taken the person along with me to your branch office and in front of him your executive committed for the above said time i.e 14 days and the same I had committed with him that I will return your amount once it will credited in my account with 14 days now the exact 01 month has been finished and despite of so many fallow ups with your customer care I didn’t received the amount...

Now I wish to inform you that from now I am charging the interest rate 10% per day on my amount which you had kept till now i.e (43,400/-) now you can take time whatever you want because if I am paying the interest to someone why not you?

Along with this letter I am legalize to get the interest amount also going to file this case rest you are the responsible
