I have purchased dinning table at one of the largest show room in Tamilnadu M/s.Jayachandran Textiles and Furniture (One of the biggest showroom in Tamilnadu)

For the amount of Rs.9450.00

Purchased date : 16.12.2010
Delivered date : 17.12.2010

For assembly I struggled a lot with them.

at last they coming for assembly on 21.12.2010

While assembling the dinning table we found that it was damaged piece. Parts are broken and table shaking heavily and not at all possible to use. While informing them they said "Keep the table with the supporting of wall". I am totally upset with their response.

Sill i continuously following up with them but they are not responding. They cheated me i have spend Rs.9450 but its vain.

I am suffering a lot for this issue due to M/s.Jayachandran Textiles and Furniture Tension... Tension...Tension no peace of my mind. Daily problem in my family due to this issue.

I want to Lodge the complaint against M/s. Jayachandran for Cheating my money Rs.9450.00. Totally they wasted my money and Time...

Finally they told to to return the Dinning table with my OWN expenditure.

Why should I pay 1000 (500+500 Return) rupees unnecessarily without using material. Its they're fault they should pay my transport money

They should be punished with fined. They should pay me.

Kindly help me to solve this issue.
