I am Siddhartha Pal. My BSNL Mobile Number is 9432814912. It was noticed by me from 4th January, 2011 that daily Rs. 1.00 is being deducted from my account balance. Several complaints have been lodged with BSNL they are only saying that your complaint is under processing (my last complaint no. is A07CD38128 dated 7th January, 2011). It is very strange that they are deducting Rs. 1.00 daily . Today i.e. 10.01.2011 I talked to Customer Care Service about this at around 10:30 hrs but they are behaving in a very unruly and inndecent manner.

I am requesting you to intervene in this matter urgently and take necessary steps so that they stop deducting the above amount daily, which is totally unjustified and amounts to cheating.
