Sir,
I am the resident of cmc area in santoshpur 6 th road, kolkata-700075. I found one promoter Gopal also resident of santoshpur 6th road doing flat and almost all the flats are illeigal construction.One of the flat with not more than 1 and1/2 kottah land but construction he did G+4 which is illegial.Unfortunately kolkata corporation did no action till the date. He said he managed it somehow.
Apart from this he make a open field as materilas dumpyeard for more than 8 years. i reside just besides the dumpyeard and each night big lorry come and dump materials. The sound is at the time of dumping is horrible. It is almost the activity of each night. We protested several time but he behaves very ruddly and show his muscle power to us. None of the resident do not say anything regarding this matter because we are fed up by requesting him/afraid his muscle power.Due to disturbances we cant sleep at night and some of the resident (aged) died. Sir we know that our country is full of corruption and our political leaders are relactant to protect our interest because we complain them several time. None of the resident want to be pinponted. Our minimum request we dont need anything elase but want to sleep at night peacefuly.
Please sir let us sleep sound we did not sleep 8 years. I am having insomnia and cant sleep at all due to the noise.
sir I beg to you let me sleep. I dont need anything else.... even food is not so necessary.
Please enquire the situation physically and talk to the resident of the adjoining area of the dumping yeard.
