The above referred car make Linea(Fiat) was purchased by me from Sanya Automobiles Pvt Ltd (Defence Colony). From the very first day of
Purchase the following defects were noticed which are duly intimated by
me to the Sanya Automobiles representative on the next day:

(a) Defective Shock Absorbers
(b) Suspension defective
(c) Brakes when applied has sound “THUCK”
(d) CHECK ENGINE:
After running for 15-20 Kms Check Engine light appears every time.
Ten times the car was handed over to Sanya Automobiles for removing this defect. After checking & repairing, Sanya Automobiles
handed over the car & intimated us that defect is removed. But till
today car & intimated us that defect is removed. But till today Check Engine comes. It is very clear that whole of Engine has defect &
requires replacement.
(e)Defect Locking Arrangement in Doors.

Inspite of my complaints filed on 1st & 2nd service at Sanya Automobiles workshop at Okhla, nothing was done nor improved although assurance was always given. But after the car is on the road all above defects
pointed out remains the same.



I therefore request you to kindly do the needful as per details given
given below:
(1) Replacement of Shock Absorbers with new one.
(2) Replacement of Suspension parts with new parts so that it may work
properly.
(3) Disc Brakes etc, need replacement.
(4) Replacement of whole Engine since till today Check Engine Light appears after running 15-20 Kms on road.
(5) Replacement of Door Locks.

I would also like to mention that from reliable sources I have come
to know that many people rejected this piece due to its defects. Also at the time of purchase I was not allowed to take its test drive.
It is hereby mentioned for your information that Fiat Make cars have been introduced through Tata Motors after drastic failure of their products in
the market for the last 5 years and it may not happen again. PLEASE NOTE.
