Sir,
I am w.anand residing at plot no3, behind ceoa school, sri ram nagar , kosakulam , madurai --625017. I had got SUN DTH connection . my smart card no is 41308713308.

For last two months i had been contacting my distributor ZIPPY ASSOCIATES as none of the channels are comming and as per adv in sun DTH INFORMATION CHANNEL that the reallighnment of dish will be done free of cost and contact distributor.

But to my surprise the distributor says that he will charge rs.150 --immdiate reallignment , rs. 100 to wait for two days and for free --no body will come .This process had already crossed 2months

I HAD CONTACTED CUSTOMER CARE 5 TO 6 TIMES AND DISTRIBUTOR 5 - 6 TIMES. i had already paid 1700 rs for installation + the tecnician charged 100 rs+ recharge for 400 rs. but for last two months the amont deposited had been taken as monthly subscribtion without providing the service. kindly advice me and file case against SUN DTH AND ZIPPY ASSOCIATES MADURAI.........
