Dear Sir,
I was using sbi card since 2005, my payments to them were regular/irregular sometimes. i didnt make the payment for about 5 months or so and decided to settle the account once and for all. Some guy had come to my home with the settlement letter on 1st of january 2010 with the offer of Rs 14700/- against the outstanding amount of about 28000/- i agreed and gave him a cash payment which he insisted immediatly and gave me a reciept also. balance in EMIs of 4 months. unfortunatly in the month of april the cheque got bounced but i realising it immediatly made an online payment the same day. now these people say that the settle is null and void,
i wanted to clarify a few things, if the payment is made the day even after the cheque returned should the agreement is void?
the amount of Rs 4000/- is which i gave to them in the first of january 2010 is not in thier records. they keep saying that they are still investigating it.
every month some or the other person calls me asks for the payment, i keep repeating to them that i have already clased the account, then they start telling me the whole story of payment recieved, when i question them about the missing 4000/- noboby bothers to clarify.
2 months back the regional head named Mr. sunil from bangalore had called me asking the same thing again, then he connected to a conferance call with Mr. manivanan who is incharge in chennai HQ. he asked me to send the details and scanned copy of the reciepts and documents to his e mail ID, which i did immediatly after that no call or mail from that person, if the so called heads of the company behave like this who else will we ask.
last month again some one called me and i explained him the whole 1 year story to him for that, he started to abuse me.
please help me sir,
i have made more than 5 times the limit of the card to them. i need your help sorting out this.
Regards
