I have booked a bus ticket from Bangalore to Sonda on 22DEC2010
through makemytrip.com. BUt they have collected the money but the
ticket was not booked. On my enquiry they apologised and assured the
refund of Rs.745 within 48 hours. But even after repeated requests
they have not refunded the money till the date and giving false phone
numbers for enquiry which never responds properly.Till the date refund
is not made. So, I request you to kindly guide to do the needful in
this connection. Herewith I attach the mails received from them.
