complaint against customer care executive of reliance To,
Responsible person of Reliance
This is to inform that this complaint is against one of the customer care executive named Ansari shama of Reliance. After calling the toll free number *333 regarding the deduction of the balance on the number (+919579085399)even after not activating any service for continuous 3 days the above employee did not help at all and went on stating monotonously that she doesn't have any information regarding the number. she also asked to disconnect the call when asked for more options and questions. She denied passing the call to team leader stating that any complaint can be lodged against her and that she is not going to help.
She was utterly disgusting, impolite, unprofessional and manner less employee of reliance prepaid mobile who is making the standard of the service cheap and third grade.
If reliance wants to regain its status then they should avoid hiring people like this and if hired then should be fired immediately for the sake of customers who still try to believe that reliance is a good option for communication. She should apologize to the all the customers. I am sure the customers she has dealt so far with are unhappy.
Hope this issue will be taken seriously and she should be thrown out or should apologize if reliance is not in position to hire a good standard of employees.
I would also like to get a response on this so as to continue the service with the above company.

This is really EMBRACE for me ..I never ever except that kind of behaviour from these people..

last day 12/04/11 cut my balance 10 rupees. i call to customer cear and received my call mr.dhermendra he not give me responce.he say please weat i am cannact you call senior persion. but my call 1 houer in hold and cut my phone with any responce .

Vodafone Net Cruise Not Activated in 6 days To,

My name is Parveen Sharma. I have a post-paid connection i.e. +91 9953130907 of yours and it is with me since one year. I have no issues regarding the services in fact they are of satisfactory level.
I made a call to 111 on 22-06-12 to change my tariff plan as for some reason I have to stay in a roaming area for at least 2 months. They register my request and also offered me to buy a Net cruse USB Stick. I said let me think about it and then I will call you. I re called 111 and ordered for that stick. An executive came and collect the documents and cash and gave me the stick. He committed it will take Max 72 hours to activate the stick.
Now the problem starts here, I had some urgent work on net so decided to call customer care regarding status of my net cruise USB stick on 25-06-12; but they said there is no information on this no i.e. ( MDN: 8459550416) please try after some time. I again call 9811098110 and this time they say we don’t deal with it please call 18001201111. Then I called 18001201111 and they said we don’t deal with these things please call 9811098110; and that was very-very irritating I tell you.
Now after calling again on 9811098110 some Kiran Gautam answered the ring and commit me for 24 hrs. She politely tackled my queries and sounds thrust worthy however it was the last polite response from Vodafone as of now.
I called customer care once again on 26th Jun 2012 a guy took the call and commit for a call back in 2 hrs at 04:58 pm but no call from your end till now.
It is of the limit today when I called customer care in morning 09:56 am a girl named Aman preet kaur said that they never provide any information about offers on your number and literally denied by saying “you bought this connection yourself and blaming us that we offers you. We haven’t sent anyone to sell some Net Cruise or whatever”
When I again try to call someone who can listen to my problem I reached to a guy named Mohd. Ismile
His wordings were “Activation ke baad ki jimewari humari hai us se pehley ki koi jimewari nahi.” When I asked him to transfer my call to any senior authority, He denied.
Now my main concern is this utterly disgusting, impolite, unprofessional and manner less behaviour from Vodafone customer care is making the standard of the service cheap and third grade. I am very upset and will think twice in future before accepting any offer from your end or telling anyone about your services
Hope this issue will be taken seriously and do the needful ASAP.
I would also like to get a response on this so as to continue the service with the company.

comlain regarding money back & your customercare executive my no is 9327370787 . it is cdma no. i am from ahmedabad , gujrat. i dont know how you are charging in my no , from last two days 15 rupees is cutting just for same callertune which i didnot activated. when i called in customer care in mrng 7 today they are saying me " fuck off, bloody ass hole do what ever you want we wil not register your second comlain." now just say me what to do? i want my money back right now. i have also another card pf cdma with postpaid connection. now you say what to do????
They are not ready to take my complain also what to do?

Commpaint Against my wrong Balance Deduction Dear Mr/Mrs & Miss,
I am Imran Khan i am using the Reliance GSM Sim Number : 8103777765.
2nd-Nov-2012 My mobile balance deducted in 101 Rs i dont know which service activate in my phone, i was called the customer care on 2nd nov he said your deduction of 101 rs is GPRS packs, But i have not any activate GPRS packs After that i was put my complaint in customer care on 2nd nov Complaint number is 190808288.
After two day was call again to customer care for feedback our complaint your executive said your complaint is put in wrong tag i will put your correct complaint.
i said ok please complaint number: 191002915 date 05.11.2012
Again after two days i will call customer care for feedback again your executive say your complaint is not resolve i will write your new complaint (191331671) date 09.11.2012 .
Please let me know how is it give me the resolution in my balance deduction.

level of reliance customer care exicutives..... worst level executive's.Can't speak hindi well,no sence how to talk,...I called on '198' and asked the executive abt the deduction of money and the service activated on my cell,he replied'' apko phone use karne nhi ata hoga isliye galti se ho gyi hogi'',after some harsh coversation he said''aa jana 17 sector dekh lunga terko ,,,,mil tu 17 sec. btata tu hun terko...vishal hai mera naam kya kr lega tu.'' I am SHO in panchkula police and i can show him what he want to see in sec-17.But thinking him as a kid i did'nt took any further step.If u want to improve 1stly throw out these type of irresponsible person.
