    Angry complaint against customer care executive of reliance

    To,
    Responsible person of Reliance

    This is to inform that this complaint is against one of the customer care executive named Ansari shama of Reliance. After calling the toll free number *333 regarding the deduction of the balance on the number (+919579085399)even after not activating any service for continuous 3 days the above employee did not help at all and went on stating monotonously that she doesn't have any information regarding the number. she also asked to disconnect the call when asked for more options and questions. She denied passing the call to team leader stating that any complaint can be lodged against her and that she is not going to help.
    She was utterly disgusting, impolite, unprofessional and manner less employee of reliance prepaid mobile who is making the standard of the service cheap and third grade.
    If reliance wants to regain its status then they should avoid hiring people like this and if hired then should be fired immediately for the sake of customers who still try to believe that reliance is a good option for communication. She should apologize to the all the customers. I am sure the customers she has dealt so far with are unhappy.
    Hope this issue will be taken seriously and she should be thrown out or should apologize if reliance is not in position to hire a good standard of employees.

    I would also like to get a response on this so as to continue the service with the above company.

    This is about complaint one of RELIANCE STORE at ASHOK VIHAR proper add, is
    PERFECT TELECOM , SHOP NO.7 , GROUND FLOOR , DEEP CINEMA COMPLEX , ASHOK VIHAR , PHASE -2 , DELHI

    The Issue is regarding one of the RELIANCE EXICUTIVE at the above add. NAME - " ADITI SHARMA "
    Infact I have got a call from unknown of her no.+919312931599 and she asking about the payment of rs 270/- only.
    She was doing misbehaving on phone with me and THEREATING me that i will terminate your no.9311174745 if you willl not make a payment of some rs.270/- only on today and you will not able to get any no.of reliance in future.i will terminate your all no.of reliance if you will not make a payment ..and if i ask her to connect to me with your senior person over there she told me
    " WO AAP JAISO SE BAAT NAHI KERTE JINKE PASS 270/- RS.BHI NAHI HAI BILL JAMA KERWANE KE LIYE "

    This is really EMBRACE for me ..I never ever except that kind of behaviour from these people..
    So this is a request to you please do the need full and do not ignore this mail ..

    Default complaint for balance

    Dear sir,
    my name is satendra kumar.i live in west u.p in baghpat . my mobile number 9027872515
    last day 12/04/11 cut my balance 10 rupees. i call to customer cear and received my call mr.dhermendra he not give me responce.he say please weat i am cannact you call senior persion. but my call 1 houer in hold and cut my phone with any responce .

    so please take the action 24 houer and give me responce. and then i am take the action.
