Hi My name is Rajiv Singh my phone number is 22628651, I am using MTNL's BB since last 14 months. Earlier it was a good experience using MTNL BB but now since last few weeks the speed is terrible and calling their customer support is a nightmare. I have gone sick and tired of calling their customer service. when I call the customer service the staff they come with a nubmer of excuses and start to blame the company themself which sounds disgusting. I have written email to GMBB and many other email address that was given to me by the customer support staff but all in vein. Even last month my BB was not working for about 15 days and I had to call the customer support staff a million times to get that rectified. There was no refund for the period I was without a BB service. At present the problem is the terribe speed ans when i try to open a page eith it takes ages for the page to be displayed or it comes up with an error message saying that the page cannot be displayed. My plan is unlimited plan with a speed limit of 512 kbps but the speed that I get is about 40-60 kbps which is terrible.
