I got a message AT 8.47PM that thanks for choosing radio mirchi. you have been charged rs 10/7days . call 59830 to listen radio mirchi for 100 free mins . to stop service call 59830800. i got this message from 59900110. I HAVE NOT ACTIVATED ANYTHING AND THIS IS REALLY ANNOYING ME AND MY BALANCE ALSO GOT REDUCED BY 10 RUPEES. I TRIED CALLING CUSTOMER CARE BUT IT IS COMING BUSY. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Complaint against Airtel store - Chandra Layout
I would like to give complaint against the Airtel relationship center in Chandra Layout, Bangalore.
I went there to inquire about prepaid and postpaid options available based on my needs.
The lady there misinformed me totally about the prepaid options by saying that if there is no activity on the mobile number for 20 days, it will be de-activated permanently. A lot of other information also that she gave about pre-paid was wrong.
Then she suggested some postpaid options and I asked her for the rate plans for which she was only telling me about the 249 and 299 per month rental plans only. Even when I specifically asked for any rental plans lesser than this, she bluntly said that there are no plans lesser than this.
For some reason, I was in doubt and I walked out of the store.
Then I went to the Airtel relationship center at Basaweshwarnagar near 8th Main. The folks there explained all the available pre-paid and postpaid options and also suggested that in doubt, I could verify the same with Airtel customer care or online at airtel website. I would like to register a complaint here against the people of the Chandra Layout center for misinforming a prospective customer and trying to sell a service so that they can make more money. I have made sure to inform all my friends and family to not go to this store and instead go somewhere else where they get the correct information and may be better service.
