Hi ,

This is regarding the reference no. 2450268 in the name of Sumita Wadhwa & the false commitment which has been made to us regarding a broadband connection which has been offered to us . We received a call from sales team of airtel broadband from Mr. Ajay rajora who claimed to be area manager rohini for sales team airtel. He committed to me that we will get the connection installed in 4 working days & received a payment of 500 Rs.

It has been around a month now we did not get any call from airtel that weather we will be getting the connection installed or not. I have been chasing people around & spoke to the people who called me for sales and i kept getting the fake commitments saying that it will be done in 2 days or 3 days. Today i have called customer care and asked about the status of the connection & they advised the resolution date as 31st of December.

I have got my connection installed from somewhere else now as it has hampered lot of my work which caused me monitory effects due to non responsible approach which i have faced with airtel.

Please also note this is not the first time it has happened with us we faced same issue once before as well and we spoke to Mr. amit with contact no. 9717314808. and again we had received a refund of 1000 rupees.

I have spoke to people and asked my money to be refunded as soon as possible but they are asking me to wait for 7 days. This has caused me mental & financial harassment
