I have taken a home loan with my Wife in IDBI (Home Loan ref No : SOUCHE 00012287). I have given the final closure amount of R.34,95,000 by Checque Dated 23rd December 2010 and a last instalment of Rs.27.540 by cash. But till date (7th of January 2011) I have not received my Documents. When I enquired the bank today they are saying that there is a pending payment of Rs.1500 & so that they can't give back my documents & No Due Certificate. So We rushed to the bank & paid the balance amount too. But not getting the docuemnt.
