Full and Final Settlement not received - 3 months past Dear Sir,
I was working for Radhakrishna Foodland Pvt ltd in the capacity of General manager - distribution. I had resigned from my services on 30th September 2010.
Till date (6th Jan 2011), i have still not received my full and final settlement. I have sent numerous mails to the CEO and the MD but to no effect.
As per the Company rules, i had given an Notice period of 30 days as i had put in my papers on 2nd September 2010 and subsequently the then HOD had accepted my Resignation and had agreed to relieve me from my duties on the closing hours of 30th Sept 2010.
The Settlement is pending sign off from the CEO and iam being penalised for no reason.
Request you to kindly help as to how should i proceed in order to get the full and final settlement and also my PF.
