On December 8th, I paid Rs. 3100 to the company through my credit card but did not get any prediction because of their website error.
To my surprise, I was charged Rs 3100 for that. I talked to the company over their phone number 011 – 43191919 and also email them at their email id - drastro2810@gmail.com but did not get any concrete answer.
I called my credit card company – ICICI and got the transaction details and gave this to astroscience, but I am not getting any assurance.

I talked to Praveen who is manager there but did not get any concrete answer. He asked to me to call in 2-3 days, but after that he is again asking me to call 2 days later.
I request you to please help me getting the money back
