IRCTC money not refunded

I had booked a ticket online from irctc on 18th of oct 2010, pnr no :8404257927, transaction id:0264010477, then i cancelled it on 6th of Dec 2010, the money is still not refunded. i have written innumerable mails to care@irctc.co.in, have sent my account statement on request, according to them they have transferred the money but my bank says that they have still not received it. i am tired of following up with these people. please do something about it.

I cancelled my following railway e ticket. In irctc website it is showing that your ticket was cancelled and money was refunded to your account, But I didnt receive any refund from irctc.The details of the tickets are given below:
