In 2004 -2006 Ihave lot of financial problem due to shares Trading business loss and hence Up to Dec2007 I have closed all dues to all my credit cards and Bank loans . I have used Full & Final settle- ment . But still my name appearing in the defaulters list .Thats why I am Not getting any loan or credit card from any bank I want to know how to resolve the problem.How i remove my name from CIBIL List.
