I tried to debit Rs 4,000 from ATM machine Number S10A007873001,txn number-2307 on 11/12/2010. but I did not receive the cash and i got only receipt.so i went to that branch for complain regarding this.but they had not listen me n did not give any response.after that when i come back to that machine n try to check my balance,i found that machine was not responsing so I tried to another machine no-S10B007873002 for checking balance.and I was shocked that another 15,000 more debit from my account.I don`t know about this transaction.
after some days I got my Rs.4,000 but don`t have any idea about Rs.15,000. I have already talk my bank account manager but they are saying that they are helpless.
when my father has gone of that SBI branch (where i lost money)they told my father that u have to submitted Rs 1,750 for checking video and before that don`t come to near about us.
sir,I am belonging to meddle family and this is much loss from my side.
