i have booked 2 tickets with following details:-
(1) name:- govind basai & bablu basai, 6e277- chennai to kolkata pnr m9fgba, 14 nov,2010. Amount inr 12562. Credit card no. 5176533582527005,master card icici bank.
Passangers reported 2 hours before, denied boading pass due illegible photo id proof.
Staff at chennai refused to speak on mobile. Head office gurgoan, indigo airlines refused refund showing passengers as "no show"
(2) same passenger on same id proof traveled in jetlite 9w 843 flight chennai to kolkata pnr exlosi on 15 nov, 2010, same credit card inr 12364.
(3) on 4 march 2010 passangers nabanita bhadury, nupur modak, 6e350 kolkata to hyderabad, pnr a37qdg, amount inr 10358, date of travel 05 march, 2010 denied boarding card due illegible credit card photo copy same credit card were given full refund.
complaint
(4) while it is the prerogative of any airline to deny boarding to any passenger on security or any other grounds but full refund is admissible.
I am a pilot with vvip flights chpl 594,ir 162 and the airline cannot have double standards. Rules are same for all airlines.
Jet airways allowed same passengers on same id proof.
The same airline refunded full amount on 05 march 2010. How can they now deny the full refund?.how can they show the passengers "no show" when passengers reported more than 2 hours before the departure time of 19:40.
An early action to take up the case with indigo airlines for refund is requested
