Hi Paramasivan,My name is S.Paramasivan .... Got a broadband reliance Data card and My number is 9380493309....already filed a complaint about reliance data card in public grievance portal and its number is DOTEL/E/2010/07712 but still not yet got response for that also have complained another one sir its number is DARPG/E/2010/06595 for that also no response from the service provider yet.....sir i don know for what they are having customer care operators as mentioned before i had given complaint about my usage and its number is 143411728 they have closed this complaint as that i was not there to give there response... in which they just called me one time that too went by call waiting but they had mentioned as they called me three times... and another complaint is for deactivation of my data-card without intimation its number is 143495766 and for that i got response that it wont be followed again and didn't even called me to inform that. I only also called for that after 48 hours from the complaint time actually my complaint was why they deactivated my card i am not asking what will happen in future....and most importantly they had took a complaint for not responding for the previous complaint........ and this was given in timing of 8.45pm on 23.12.2010... in which i was forced to cut my call and been asked to promote this complaint to nodal officer for which customer care executives gave me a number and mail id to forward this complaint to nodal officer.. According to TRAI regulation a customer must be informed about deactivation in a separate manner.... And i have also forwarded this complaint to nodal officer and appellate authority 0n DEC 22 to nodal officer and DEC 29 to appellate authority but still not got any response from them sir...sir i am having many other jobs than this but their response is very poor.... i am telling now sir i am going to take any sort of steps to get out from this i have been insulted by their customer care executives....they are telling me we cant help you further and i am also not giving up and specially not ready to pay the bill which i have not consumed.. they have given a report that my uploaded data is 3.5GB and downloaded data is 4.7GB.. if u need means check my data base i have not uploaded any sort of videos or photos from that data card then how come my downloaded data is nearly equal to uploaded data? and i need a answer from you regarding my data usage and my deactivation without intimation and specially customer cares response for my complaints...... Next step will be my complaint will be filed to consumer court in person...and please do report about my complaint to the respective service provider and help me to have my consumer rights protected..
