Sir,
My collogue had booked the parcel (New PEN DRIVE) vide DOCKET NO:-M59257108from VASAI(MUMBAI) to GAYA on 29TH DEC 10. The courier company had delivered that parcel at DTDC GAYA Branch on 4TH JAN-11 however at time receipt of parcel have open the parcel on front of DTDC staff and observed the main item is missing inside the parcel same was informed to local staff also.
Have registered my complaint to booking place and even DTDC head office in main so many times but still have not received any response or ensure form them.
Hence, I would like to register my complaint against DTDC Courier co.
