I purchased 16GB Spy pen camera from naaptol.com. The product was delivered to me without bill, without any software of item. Its on off button was out of order. I submitted a complaint to Mr. Manu Aggarwal CEO, Naaptol.com. He respond through Mr. Jignesh Gangapuram Asst. Manger Customer Service to return the camera to NB Teleshopping 5-C 5th floor Metro House, Vani Vihar Square Bhubaneshwar-7. Same was returened by me through India Post on 18.11.10. The new Spy Pen Camera not received till to date. I have requested so many time through phone & mail but there is no response. It requested that either pen camera or my payment may be returned by company with damage panelty of harasment to me.
