Dear sir i am hopless about the service of hdfc bank credit card department. i have a credit card ,card number-5176 5230 0011 2027. outstanding balance approx 70000 including interest. i was try to settel my card in the month of december and so for that i was given my card number and account number to Miss soma(credit card callection manager-kolkata-phn number-03344053571) and also i give it to her executiove manik last month. and they promise me to settel my card with Rs 20000 and 5 EMI facility they will give me. but on 31st december wwhen my salary was credited in my account they hold my account and pressurize me to setele that with Rs 35000 and they denie to provide me no emi and they thretened me if i am not ready to accept her proposal she will devited my whole account balance and routely behaved me.

but i wish to settel the card with Rs 25000 as they told me last month and commit me to settel it in the month of january.but i need emi facility atleast 5, as i have belongs from a poor family. my contact number is 09832066774 and my mail id is mailmesubrata19@gmail.com
