Dear sir,

On 22nd of April 2010,I purchased a Tommy hilfiger Shirt from your
ahmedabad outlet.A copy of the bill for the same will be provided on request.
The quality of the shirt has since proved defective.

I attempted to exchange the defective shirt at your store about 3 months back,
without any luck.The Tommy Hilfiger logo has melted and is settled on the shirt
making the shirt look as if it was a duplicate.I am very fond of branded shirts and as we all know
the logo is one of the most important things.
I believe that your company will honor the name it carries and either give me

1. A replacement of the shirt
2. Repair the logo for me

I am not looking for refunds in any form.
