My name is Asim Raval, I own a number in the name of my wife Rujuta Trivedi, location in ahmedabad, I am very much frustrted with airtel services in terms of billing, I always pay my bills through kiosk based in Ahmedabad SG Road , Opposite Gurudwara, From past few days am recieving call from airtel about the bill that I have already paid. I went to kiosk on 1st of jan and paid my bill, soon after i didnt receieved and confirmation message about my bill paid. within half an hour i notfied to the customer care departemnt that i didnt recieved the payment notification in my cell. they told me that since i have paid through kiosk it will take 24hrs. again next day i recieved compalint that the bill has not been paid for which i said its already been paid, the concerened guy asked my reciept number transaction id number which i provided. he also assured me that my compalint is taken into consideration and will be resolved soon. Soon again I recieved call about payment nopt being payed. I launched a compalint for which compalin number was given to me 35161220. on 4th of jan my services were barred, i asked the customer care again where they told me that it will resolved in 4hrs. i went to the airtel shop showed them my reciept , they checked the reciept with some other guy and said that the reciept was created by me, its not orginal reciept as their standard reciept, NOW THIS IS ALLEGATIONS on MYSELF for which I will take legal actions if the issue is not resolved within 24hrs. I checked the other people recipet as well and agree that downside of my recipt page doesnt show the confirmation, it shows only " Thank you for using KIOSK facility.*****ITS Inc*****. " Now this is not again my issue , its the problem of airtel . I have provided every detail in very kind manner, if this is not resolved then I am going file case, not only this, but providing all the details i will give details to the local as well as national newspaper agency for the airtel services and their treatment, I have all the recordings recipet available with me.
