I had purchased a Maruti Alto LXI on 21st October, 2010 from following showroom.

AAA Vehicleades Pvt. Ltd., showroom : B-80, Naraina Industrial Area, Phase-II, Next to Betex, New Delhi -110028.

Against Invoice no. VSL10001436 on 21.10.2010.

This was my first car purchased and I never had any experience buying car before. Some of my relatives pointed visible marks of rust in the car front hubs and I realised that both front wheels had rusts and when I observed after opening the bonnet there were other rusted parts.

I called up my sales guy "Ajay" who said that it is normal in all the cars and other cars in the showroom also had similar condition. Similar comments were added by customer care manager. But on my strong objection and written complaint they took pictures and agreed that it should not have happened as it was a new car.

Same time, I lodged a complaint with Maruti Any Time Maruti. (case number CRM:0034000004631) on my Repeated complaints there is no response but a simple reply every time that they have forwarded the compalint with concerned department.

After my follow up with their workshop of AAA in Kirti nagar, some parts got changed for which I had to spend my 2 days and checking with them again and again, like mentioned below:
Shaftassy - front drive R,
shaftassy - front drive L,
brackets - engine MTG,
LH,
bracket - ENG MTG RH (F8H) (ALTO),
hub, front wheel (both), beating front wheel, disc, front brake (both)

I still find rust in other parts, like both the rear wheels where rusted like front but they didn't change.

Vehicle has some vibration. I had lodged complaint with AAA customer care, but there is no positive response, I had to go each time to tell them to change this and that.

I have lost my completely trust on this vechicle and that how can company deliver such kind of vehicle which has serious quality issues, when I have paid the money for brand new condition, i should have been delivered brand new Car. I feel like cheated and disappointed try to get them to response on issue like mentioned above but there is no response.


I want Maruti to look into it urgently , change this car and give me the new brand new car for which i have paid the money or refund my money.
