I am Harish Kumar M J from bangalore. i purchased vox mobile (Model vox 509 . Rs 6000) 6 months back through "times of india" add . actually it was having some problem so i called to service center number they gave bangalore service center address i gave that mobile for servicing their after 1 month he told we dont have spares so send to Delhi. so i sent to innovation world wide, 1900, chandini chowk, delhi-110006, on 12/10/2010 (Reg. Post Docket No.: RP-AD A 3504). but not yet i received my mobile. i called up to service center no. they will give others no. totally i have 6 mobile nos. now they are not picking my cal....i tried from other no. they will pick and put in hold..... please help me what to do next .......... and how .. please guide me... my email id : harishmjsuf@gmail.com or send details to my mobile no 09164236262..
