i am the reliance customer since 2010 january , my cell no is 7488074438, and it was o.k. Upton november 2010 , but unfortunately since december 2010 my balance suddenly deducting regular interval. I have compained in relinace service centre . And lastly i have complained customare care for dnd and they have register my compain , gave message that it will be actvated after 7 days . But ithas been 15 days nearly. Still it has been deducted my ballance . Now i will not want to recharge it for fear . And if it will not stop my deducting me , iwill compel to disconnect my no. And i have to to go other operator .
My complain no. Was -(dnd)-13084766978 dated04.03.2011 ,time 11.42.am.



So , therefore my humble request is to take action as early as possible so that i can recharege without any fearing.and regular my prepaid service.
