Bank account wrongly debited

    Default Bank account wrongly debited

    I have an HDFC salary account no. 03371050094123. I withdrew an amount of Rs. 1000/- on 25.12.10 from Axis Bank ATM narration no. EAW 5264190142976249 REF NO. 000000000517.
    On 30.12.11 again I withdrew an amount of Rs. 1000/- from the same ATM and checked the balance that was 39562.92 that day.


    Today on 03.1.11 when i checked the balance I was shocked to see it. I was debited Rs. 10000 on 25.12.10 ref no. 000000000517 from the same ATM though the transaction was not made by me.

    I lodged a complain through telebanking and was given the complaint number 165414.

    Kindly resolve my issue and credit my account and suggest me to do the needful.
    I am a working girl living alone in Delhi and Rs. 10000/- is not a small amount for me.
    If this is the facility provided by a big bank like HDFC then i must say its really shameful.
    Please try to resolve this ASAP.
