Same issue with all your customers. Why are the same issue repeated again and again ? Happened with us yesterday and today you dont pick our calls.

I had taken up MNP (Mobile Number Portability) from Idea to Vodafone. The person named piyush had been calling me continuously for the same. I made a payment of 250/- INR as against this service. Since then, I have been trying to reach him on his number (07503547257 & 08744025400) to know the status, but no one picks up the call. Some of his colleagues named, Rahul and Prashant had picked up the call when I had been repeatedly calling. They were not at all cooperative and abused me. Later when I tried to lodge a complaint at Vodafone, I cam to know that my number had been never registered for MNP at Vodafone portal. These executive is now not refunding my amount of 250/-INR, and not even attending my call.
