Dear Sir,

I am writing to inform you about the faulty Sony Ericsson mobile phone.

I had purchased a Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Mini handset on 28th August 2010 for Rs. 15,600 and had got a warranty for 1 year. After a Month of purchase only,the mobile started having a hanging problem and then it turns off automatically. I had given that cell for repair in Sony Ericsson Service Centre for four times but everytime they take my phone and return it back to me after few days that now we solved the problem. But the problem is still the same in my handset. And now,my cell is with the company from more than a week and I had my official sim turned off due to this problem. I had many loses just because of my cell phone.I am not at all satisfied with their service. Now,I am requesting you to please file my case against Sony Ericsson. And I want to take full claim of the mobile phone and all the loses that occured to my business.
